Included items: Guests shall receive use of the entire main structure of the Chateau, including seven bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 2.5 kitchens, parking spaces, beautiful verandas, carport and property amenities. Guests may also rent 120 chairs and twenty 48-inch round tables for wedding guests, our DJ, wedding coordinator, photographer, catering, etc.

Vendors: All vendors must be selected from the preferred vendor list, or they must be approved by on-site Property Manager. Caterers must use self-contained hot boxes. All vendors must have proof of proper permits and insurance. Must use all  safety precautions necessary and follow all city and state guidelines and regulations.

Decorations: The on-site Property Manager must approve tape, nails, staples, and other means of affixing decorations. The property has decor available to rent including a triangular wood wedding arch.
